Due to circumstances beyond my control, like painfully high rents, and no family support, I find myself homeless. I walked in to Larry’s today, pretty sure I pneumonia. I was told they couldn’t help. Ok. But, the person I dealt with was absolutely insensitive, and cheerily says “Have a nice day,” as I left. How does anyone in my situation have a nice day? How about “I hope you feel better soon,” or “I wish there were something we could do.” Completely tone deaf. I’ll be moving my business across the street. I see from previous reviews service is great if you aren’t someone like me, down on their luck.

I went to Larry’s this afternoon after the pharmacy across the road (my regular pharmacy) kept telling me there was an error with my new insurance policy and ID numbers. Instead of sending me away like the other pharmacy did, the staff member I was dealing with (didn’t get their name) called Blue Cross on my behalf and got the issue fixed over the phone. Definitely went above and beyond! Needless to say, my partner and I will be switching pharmacies. Thanks for all your help today!
