Linda and all the staff have been exceptional to me. I have been going there for grief councelling and also for group meetups. Everyone has been welcoming, the environment is calm and peaceful. They have been more than welcoming in my time of grief. I recommend highly.

Intake worker does not return messages after 4 weeks of calling for an appointment, which takes weeks to book to provide any information on services provided, which could easily be done on the phone. Little sympathy for bereaved in crisis needing timely support. If you are referred by Langley mental health, look elsewhere as this organization is not looking to support the demand in the community. Manager refuse to seek adequate funding or find workers who can do their jobs and is dispassionate about changing this sad fact. Completely disfunctional group which fails to meet the demands of the bereaved community except for a very few who either get calls back or timely appointments.
