Staff are all wonderful except the older lady that runs the desk on Fridays, she's very rude and turned me down for my december basket because there was only 20 minutes left, nobody was there I was the only one and I had no vehicle at the time. Hope she quits or gets fired because nobody should be turned down especially at Christmas. We almost starrved that week so thank you....

I was there volunteering some work hours. The regular staff seemed to be very dedicated to the role they play in the community. I cannot comment about how it is when you need to use their services.

They give what they can. You need to have proof of residence in the Lacombe area otherwise you may be disappointed. What you get depends on what is donated
