My experience with Lacasse was fantastic. Lacasse came to the aid of my business after an accident that damaged the building substantially. They arrived on the scene with a team and quickly formulated a plan .

In each step of a lengthy process Lacasse provided weekly updates and progress reports. There was also an estimation of what would be completed the following week. Each time they met their goals. Each and every contractor that was involved in the scope of repair work was on time and exceptionally courteous to the staff of our store and any customers encountered.

There was a foreman on site each day early to make sure things were underway and any unanticipated issues could be met and worked around .

Lacasse also went above and beyond creating an incased insulated work area inside the store so we could work with clients while the repairs continued. This helped reduce noise and dust making a much quicker return to the business being operational. This was done on short notice to allow for the store to reopen for holiday season business.

I was able to interact with Lacasse’s team on a daily basis, each and every time it was a pleasant experience and even a learning opportunity about how things were done.

I would recommend the Lacasse team for a construction project. From the initial consultation to the billing and clean up was done with explanation and care.

Did have a roofing problem with Lacasse and my apartment building. The roof was removed in the middle of an active rain storm. The inside was repaired but took about a month of delays. Outside still had repairs thet were needed almost 3 months later. I left a 1 star review here and within the week repairs were made. and after further talks with my building manager there was a miscommunication and Lacasse has taken full responsibility for the damages and the response since has been above and beyond what I expected.
