my name is stacy munson i am a mother of 2 girls and 3 boys oldest daughter from previous relationship . i experienced a domestic dispute on may 1, 2015 my husband was removed from home as he choked me till i passed out. my 5 children remained in my care. my husband was told he could not return home remained homeless because child services said that his housing arrangements did not matter to the agency. me and my husband do not have friends or family and only depend on each other. i was seen on may 11, 2015 by social worker and put on a safety plan to abide by and did so. i was to attend anger management and a.a and healing in relationships program, not to have contact with my husband. i did so. i spoke with victim services, attended 3 services with W.A.V.A to try and request for my husbands conditions to be amended with other conditions to abide by cause i needed my husband to help with children so i could get to my programs because C.P.S did not help parents with child care, child subsidy unless the kids were at risk of being removed. we got the order of no go no contact amended with conditions that my husband attend anger management and be seen by his family doctor and no contact with out my expressed consent. we had court order done up last year for our our 4 children to be shared custody order 1 week with one parent wednsday to the next wednsday then the other parent would come home for their week. we agreed that me leaveing to find another place would not work as i share my oldest daughter with her dad, 3 homes would be difficult for her. our social worker Dawna Elliot and her Manager Molly Peter, aware that me and my husband were sharing our kids and i was working my problems. july 31, 2015 our son Angel had dental work to be done and it was my week to have them we had to be up there at 7 am taxi did not show up i had to take all kids up to hospital. after we got the x_rays done Anna Wang showed me them and is two front teeth were broken, needed to be pulled they informed me that i needed 1 adult to accompany me home in case Angel got sick, i had no choice but to go look for my husband or they would no go ahead with the surgery. i found my husband and told him why i need his help he agreed to help me. August 11, 2015 Aquellia youngest daughter needed 5 shots done and Charles needed 2 shots my husband was there to help me. with 3 sick children at home he agreed to come help me. later on that day 2social workers Nova Cook and Lacy and 5 RCMP officers got to our home removed our kids because we were in the home together. they made the assumption we were living together. even though Dawna Elliot and Molly Peter knew of our custody arrangements. 4 children were placed in Darlene Smiths care and my oldest daughter went to her father. 2 days after children were removed august 13, 2015 i got unsupervised visit at the child service office. Brian Jr had a bottom fat lip and Aquellia had a bruise on her arm. friday the 14, i seen them from 11-2:30 and my husband from 2:30-3:30 supervised visit with tommy underwood. monday august 17, 2015 i had a visit at girl guides hall and Darlene dropped children off. Aquellia had a bruise on her cheek and i asked what happened Darlene indicated i had happened while at the visit with her father i inquired with tommy underwood and father and they said she didn't get hurt. august 18, 2015 7:27 pm i recieved a text from Darlene that Angel was up at C.D.H would not wake up. said he went for a nap @ 5pm she tried to wake him up at 6:30pm was not able she said to me and Molly peter and my husband she squirted water down my childs throat while he was unconcious to try and wake him. he did not wake up so she drove him up the the hospital did not call 911. Darlene kept saying she did not know what happened to our son. my son was hardly breathing when we arrived and when the doctor said he was going to do a brain scan. nothing appeared we got sent to Victoria General Angel was on life support and august 19, 2015 we got taken to court for the kids to remain in Darlene's care? need help
