This plus is that this place is affordable and aesthetically a nice place to live but the downside is you will have to live with many toxic people who gossip as an activity and if you don't tell them about your life they will invent one for you. Many people do not like to think for themselves and would just rather follow along with who they perceive is the leader of the pack. The majority have never read their rules or policies hinder so they are easily mislead like sheep which creates this very toxic environment. If you do need to live there do your best to hide and stay away from the majority ut do expect they will have created a story about you and be working on getting you out. Beware.

Living in this place has caused my children and myself lots of anixety. My kids were being picked on and bullied from other kids in this place. You are pressured to associate with the other members or they will start talking bad about you and make up stories. The majority of people in there like to intrude on other's lives. Repairs take forever to be repaired. There is favoritism for getting repairs done.They make up rules that are not in the rules book. People in there pretending to be disabled. If you wanna live in a highschool setting and be bullied this would be the place for you.. I would never go back into co op housing. It's supposed to be a place that you work together in different groups,but they actually have disfunctional groups that target groups of people that they feel should be out so they can get their own friends in and you out. Or because you caught them doing something red handed that they shouldn't have done. Or you were just standing up for you rights . Lost of disfunctional people in there.

This place caused me and my wife and kids lots of peril and depression. We've all had to visit therapists due to the emotional abuse. I do NOT recommend living here. I would rather be homeless. I hated it here.
