I was a first time customer, and happened to be in Edmonton when I went to a Koodo dealer to open an account. The service I received from the customer service rep was poor at best. I left with an opened account, but still wanted to buy a phone so opted to go to the Vegreville dealer in hopes of a better, small town experience. It was Black Friday and the lines were long all day. Despite this, the staff were all friendly and patient. Even the owner was pitching in to help process orders! The level of service I received there was above and beyond my expectations. Even after I got my first bill, (which was incorrect but not the fault of this dealer) Shauna was willing to help me out quickly and in a way that made me feel valued as a customer (something I find severely lacking in the service industry today). I highly recommend going to this dealer! My entire experience here leaves me feeling valued as a real customer and not just a number. Shauna Kit, you are AMAZING!

My boyfriend and I bought my Samsung Edge from this store, for cash. No monthly payments other than the service plan. When I left my boyfriend, he reported the phone as "stolen". To my surprise. It was blacklisted. As I thought his claim to be fraudulent, I went to A+ and spoke to them and I was informed there was nothing they could do. I guess honesty isn't always the best policy. Terrible service and I spent close to an hour waiting to talk to someone. Anybody have any advice as to what or who I talk to to rectify my situation?

Came in to upgrade my phone to a Huawei p30 pro. Had a few issues with the Telus phone service Rep with setting up my contract to tailor my requirements and the in-store staff were very helpful and made sure that my request was done. They even stayed an hour after closing to wait for the Telus service Rep over the phone to finalize the new contract. Excellent service and staff

Very slow service, we went there last thursday to get a new phone and renew our contract under employee corporate discount, the lady who was helping us told us that by Monday its all gonna be ready.we called Monday morning to ask hows everything about our transaction, the lady that answered the phone said that the lady we were talking with last Friday is off and they will be able to complete it on Friday again, so we are upset. Whole family is with Telus for many years. The lady told us to wait for a call back today and she will start processing our request,like what the heck they didnt even start it yet? Or they just dont care about their customers?

Very busy no recognition that I was even in the store not to impressed but has a slight selection of toys for your phone but not a huge selection you can buy phone get plans etc here but the store staff are very slow
