This was my first time choosing a midwife for my third pregnancy, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. Nasrin was an incredible support system—so knowledgeable, kind, and always ready to answer any question I had. Although she wasn’t available on the day I gave birth, my secondary midwife Mina stepped in. I had already been introduced to her well before my due date, so I felt completely comfortable.

Even though this was my third baby, the knowledge and guidance I received from both Nasrin and Mina taught me things I hadn’t known with my previous pregnancies. Their insight made this experience so much smoother and more empowering than ever before.

Mina was an amazing guide throughout the entire process. She comforted and encouraged me at every step and even accurately predicted the day I’d go into labor at the hospital. Both midwives were always available when I needed them. Anytime I left a message with the call-in number, I’d get a response within ten minutes.

After the birth, Nasrin came by my home for postpartum check-ins to make sure both baby and I were doing well. Her visits were incredibly supportive and reassuring during those early days, and I truly appreciated the continued care and guidance.

I would highly recommend KWMA to anyone considering a midwife. If you’re on the fence, do it!

It’s such a gift to know who will be by your side when you deliver your baby. With a traditional route through a doctor or OB-GYN, it can be unpredictable who will be there when the moment arrives.

Thank you for everything, KWMA. I’ll always remember the care you gave me and I’ll absolutely be back if we decide to keep growing our family.

While my pregnancy progressed smoothly, I unexpectedly faced a very traumatic birth experience that caught everyone by surprise. This is where I first met Heidi. Despite my initial concerns about not having Mina or Lisa there, Heidi was simply incredible. She stood by me every step of the way during labour, providing compassionate care and unwavering advocacy.
