Process has been great. I am looking forward to moving to Kinship in June. Thank you for vetting your residences. Really shows they care who is going to live there!

Updating my review. It was great living here and moving out was easy as well. However its been 90+ days and my shares haven't been returned. I've followed up a number of times, and no results so far. I don't like complaining publicly but I hope this issue can get resolved.

I have a question for Community Land Trust. How can you build such a great Coop Housing (Kinship) with almost NO PARKING SPOT available? And I mean, it’s NOT cheap! We are talking about suites costing 2000 Up! And no parking spot available. Are there any plans to fix this problem?

Kinship has been nothing but amazing !!! I registered online, and received a email back a week later. The entire team has been amazing, answering my questions, working with me to view units multiple times. Truly helping me make the right decision for my family. Michele has been so supportive, and you can tell she truly wants the best for us, and has really helped us make decision. Now I can say we have officially decided on a unit, and have put in our application to join this wonderful community.

Thank you to Townline and Kinship this process so far has been so wonderful.

So disappointing we got an email today, which says we are officially ready to welcome you home and are now accepting application. We were excited. We went to see see the property and unfortunately talked to me of the staff. The staff told us, it is $2500 monthly payment for three bedroom, we need to earn more than 100,000. When we asked her we thought it is cheaper since it is co op.she said was $1700 and that is for low income and it is already gone. If it is officially opened today, how is it possibly gone in one day.

Kinship Housing it is good place for reach people not for middle classes. You need to make minimum $48,000 - $75,000 for studio.

Love the area, dog friendly neighborhood and I'm surprised that the noise from Marine drive main roads aren't carrying to this area.
