This is a combination Taco Bell/KFC. Located in the food court at Conestoga Mall

How does KFC allow this location to continue operating? In all seriousness? Visit this location and take a look. This is what happens when no one is paying attention and there is a logo involved....

Ordered 4 piece Chicken combo, but we got Chickedee pieces NOT Chicken pieces!!! Spent 20 dollars. Worth not a money.

KFC is out of our list now... Maybe they should change the menu pictures to serving chickedees now .

Very disappointed with our visit today. My friend, her daughter, and I went to KFC and unfortunately, we all got food poisoning afterward. The food not only made us sick but also tasted strange, like it had a chlorine-like flavor. We expected better quality and will not be coming back. This experience was very upsetting, especially for my friend’s young daughter. I hope they can improve their food safety standards.

We ordered veg combo. And they served us chicken combo. When i went to complain, they refused. And patty was over cooked and completely burnt. The food was awful as well

Very worst experience at this location. The service was OK but the chicken was like I was begging for food I didn't paid for. I wanted 2 piece combo and it's serving is like a kid size meal. So I went up and asked for change or size yes the whole meal and the Indians there are so rude.i pull them up and I got what my money's worth. The sloppiness of the chicken feathers on it clumps of fat fried and gressy burnt chicken. Need to do better or leave.

Just take over canada and make your own rule.this is canada follow Canadian rules

The worst KFC of my life. Look at the pictures and compare them to the real chicken they sell here. Came in with so much expectation, but ended up disappointed with burnt and not so well cooked chicken pieces. Couldn't even finish the chicken tasting this disgusting. Doesn't even look like they are KFC chicken. Seriously, this branch needs to shut down for good.
