Kelowna Bike Rentals was awesome. The staff was excellent and our bikes were all ready to go when we got there. We had our grandchildren of 4 and 6 with us and there location was right at the start of the Mission Greenway trail so there were no roads to cross. We all had a wonderful ride and the trail was easy for our grandchildren to ride. We like that Kelowna Bike Rentals donates proceeds back to charities. We will definitely rent from them again.

Great service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bikes were a ton of fun, we rented 4 e bikes and a kids trailer and for 3 hours I thought the price was pretty fair. Can't wait to do it again the next time we come this direction for a visit.

Real nice bikes. Friendly and helpful service. Appreciate the routes you had on your website which was easy to add on Google Maps and follow. The paper maps were great to know all the cycling paths around Kelowna. Recommend the KBR loop for a mix of forest, residential areas/city and coastline.

I needed a road bike for my first triathlon. Connor was able to hook me up with a very last minute deal, he went above and beyond in order to get me the bike I needed I was so thankful he called the renter of the bike to see if they could bring it in earlier, the customer was willing to do whatever he needed to get the bike to me. Very grateful for Connor’s communication and eagerness to help me be successful in my triathlon. So so happy to have rented with this business. Dylan was able to setup the bike and help me get it adjusted. These guys are pros!!

These guys were absolutely amazing. Great service by Josh and the e-bikes were just perfect to go up Knox Mountain which right next to the bike rental spot.

If you have a toddler, they have a baby carrier to rent that can be attached to your bike. It was a ton of fun for me and my family. Easily spent 2 hours going up the mountain and site seeing. Such a beautiful spot!

Great location at the start of the Mission Creek greenway and the e-bikes are in great condition including water bottle and phone holders. They even have saddle bags to hold all your stuff!

We visited Kelowna to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. I booked 2 mountain bikes online for me and my wife. We met Josh and the staff who provided us the bikes and gaves some instructions about the gear shifts. He and the other staff were friendly and courteous. My wife's bike perfectly fits her size and she had no problems riding it.

We had an amazing experience riding through the Waterfront Park and back. As a visitor, we're glad that we found a bike rental near the place we want to ride and explore. There is also a parking area beside the shop which makes it convenient for visitors like us.

I highly recommend this bike rental to visitors in the area who would want to explore the downtown Waterfront of Kelowna and the Okanagan as well.
