I was recently waiting to pick up my daughter at the nearby elementary school. An irate senior harassed me and threatened me, and he was very aggressive. I saw him walking to Hope Living when he was done. The incident was reported to Ottawa Police Services.

To Shepherds of Good Hope Living Management and Staff: If there are some residents with mental health and/or addiction recovery issues that are known to be high risk, please find a way to monitor and manage them as soon as possible. There are several schools nearby and many children walking by themselves close to your facility every weekday. Please help us protect our most vulnerable children. Thank you.

Cant believe staff is.so careless about there teneat.How is a resident not missed while he lay dead in his room for 2 weeks.
Also witness staff taken residents groceries for themselves (loading in there car)
And they say lockdown is still in place. Leaving residents food left for.cold meal and it still continue even so there all vaccinated.

It is ridiculous to have recovering homeless addicts in the same building as seniors. These people do NOT mix together with each other. As seniors, they have to pay there way to be in this building, but a homeless recovering addict get all kinds is support and freebies. This is unfair and in no way makes sense. This is a SENIOR home first of all not primarily a rehabilitation center!!!!

There are highschools and elementary schools nearby! Please monitor those addicted to drugs that come out of this facility. They pose a big danger to the children...

I seen this place on the CTV News Ottawa. Doesn't look like a good place to live, with all the bad things going on there!
