I find the John Howard society a very warm and inviting place .It's the first time I've been to the agency and they were very understanding knowledgeable and helpful to providing and assisting me and making me feel comfortable within the support they would help me with in finding affordable apt. I'm very appreciative for there help and understanding at this difficult time. Thank you Margert and all staff!!

Very happy with resources avail. The staff are usually friendly, I've never had an issue with anyone in particular... The lady at the front desk never smiles or seems to be inna good mood but non the less she's never rude. I think everyone should take advantage of the services offered.

Every time I've dealt with this JHS I've regretted it. For my last month's rent and moving expenses it took them 3 weeks before they finally admitted that they didn't send it in. I took it from them and went to backdoor mission who sent it in a few hours(instead of JHS expected 2 weeks). My better jobs application took 6 months instead of one month (the college warns ppl not to use JHS for this as he said they're completely inept) my teacher said that the resume JHS made was the worst he'd ever seen and was so ridiculous that it poison my chances for future employment. Now it's taken a week and counting to get my file closed, so I can get a job through vpi solutions. The rude, ignorant secretary at the front desk is enough to put me off this place. Miserable clown. Not to mention that they barely return calls, yet anytime I've been there I rarely see anyone working. They spend all their time chit chatting with each other. They honestly do more harm than good. They've never been able to do a single thing right in my case. You'd think no one could be this incompetent, but the ppl at this JHS are shockingly inept in every circumstance.

I walk their everyday , its a fair bit of one but their office is bright , clean The staff their is helpful . Theirs computers you can use , if you dont know how to use them they are happy to help . Theirs also a job board on the wall .Staff is friendly .
