horrible people working in the office. horrible management. horrible communication skills. maintenance staff is the only good people in this building. People in the office really needs to work on their communication skills. everyone should take customer service courses and go back to learn how to communicate and learn problem resolution. they offer no help.

does anyone know where i can file a formal complaint? because i can’t call management to complain about management.

This building is really a toxic environment. they make everything difficult. and the building has roaches and mold. really i don’t recommend anyone to live here.

Have been living here for 12 years now and I am not disappointed.... I feel safe and comfortable with my kids... its very convenient area as the daycare is just downstairs on the apartment which is very very convenient for me and the building is so close to amenities... walking distance to the mall and local supermarket and yrt bus stops... I wouldn't want to move to any other location... looking to get a 3 bedroom hopefully I am successful because I love it here and my kids do too

Love this place! Great family environment, my kids have lots of friends right next door so they play just like we used to in my childhood. Amazing daycare walking distance away with competitive prices I highly apprrciate the opportunity to live here.

I am a member of this Co-op and it has been my home for 27 years. I love it! This Co-op has continually kept my home and the community in good repair and taken good care of its members. The Board and staff have very often gone above the call of duty to assist members.

great place to live currently updating Kitchens and next year bathrooms very safe. Lots of Cameras that keep trouble away. Rates for Units Very Competitive good Family environment.

The co-op is very well run and managed . There is emphasis on participation in the many committees which provides for a welcoming environment and sense of community .
