We approached interior Elite after seeing their quality work in a house my brother purchased. We wanted our ensuite renovated and this included extending our small shower stall into a full sized shower with a wide bench. We also wanted the ventilation system improved. Bryan, owner and Nathan, project manager met us at our home and after listening to our requests and some poking around, Bryan reassured us that by totally gutting the ensuite we could be able to get a larger shower area. When Joe, the designer came to take measurements, we decided to include the guest bathroom in our renovation at the same time. Joe was very attentive to our requests and designed our dream ensuite that included a large shower space as well as closing off our closet entrance from the ensuite and creating a new entrance to our closet from the bedroom. However, Joe decided to move to the lower mainland on short notice and we were assigned to Amanda. We were impressed at how smoothly we were able to transition to working with Amanda. Amanda was attentive to our requests and worked closely with us to help pick out our products and to ensure that we were within the budget.
The Elite team were consistently respectful, professional, clean and reliable and the sub contractors they hired were similar. Nathan attended daily during demolition then weekly / as needed and Brian and Amanda also stopped by from time to time. This reassured us that the work was being monitored. Although there was some delay, work was completed in a timely fashion and our ensuite exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our renovations and like the fact that is company also deals with maintenance. We will definitely refer Interior Elite to our friends and family.

Elite Contracting recently completed a renovation that included new flooring, new baseboards, trim and painting the complete interior of my home. Working with Devin made this project very easy. He was always quick to respond to any inquiries and many times came over to see how things were going. The subs and trades people were professional, friendly, courteous, and their work was of top quality! Devin kept the project on time and on budget. I am extremely happy with the results and of Elite's performance.

Elite contracting was great!. Bryan is precise and easy to deal with. I had a few other contractors come and look and my idea. And all of them seemed dumbfounded. Bryan came and right away knew what I was trying to accomplish, and later that night had come up with a very fair quote.
They were fast and went over and above the quality I was hoping for. All his employees or co contractors were very clean and polite as well. It felt nice that I could let these people have access to my home when I wasn't around and feel my home was being treated well.
I am hoping to have them back for another project in the near future and recommend them to a very high regard.

​After much deliberation, we decided that we should complete some renovations of our retirement home. After doing our research and reading about Elite, we arranged a meeting with them.
​The process involved a very skillful gal with an eye for detail in Amanda. We told her what we wanted and after some back and forth and suggestions agreed on the renovation plan.
​The Interior Elite team came on board with Victor and Dustin weighing in. On January 9th the process began and was completed in March.
​Communication and inspections were regular and we knew who would be coming and going from day to day and week to week with a provided calendar.
​They turned our ensuite into a spa, main bath into a wonderful guest escape and the kitchen into a very functional piece of beauty. The kitchen was gutted and everything was replaced with a new modern look with white and blue cabinetry, quartz counter tops and back splash. The storage added was a welcome addition to our home.
​The attention to detail and meticulous way they progressed were remarkable. Throughout it all we remained in our home and the messes were small and mostly cleaned up in short order.
​The trades that they brought in to attend to electrical, plumbing, drywalling, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and glass work were amazing. The finished product is a testament to the ability of Elite to multi task and create an atmosphere of teamwork, obvious throughout the project.
​We are ready to enjoy our home long into our retirement and a source of pride for both of us.

I was fortunate enough to find this company of talented professionals to add a second floor addition. Where I first noticed its calibre was in the quality of communication that was maintained throughout the early stage of quote and blue prints. They worked with my draftsman, the city ref: permit and kept me informed of any possible hiccups we may encounter given I live on the river and must maintain the integrity of the riparian area while building up. So five stars for clear, timely communication.

The next thing I noticed was the project manager made regular visits to the site. This gave us the confidence that Elite kept its finger on the pulse of the project and knew exactly what was happening with the project and the subcontractors every step of the way.

Elite's subcontractors were respectfully and friendly. They were never intrusive and always considered us as homeowners living on site while the work was being done.

The work was finished in a timely manner. The quality of work was beyond our expectations. Once completed I called the project manager on one or two minor items which were addressed without question or cost.

And speaking of cost Elite stayed on budget and during a time when materials and lumber was in constant fluctuation.

This year (2023) we are having Elite back to work on yet another project.

I can without any hesitation recommend this company for anything and all things to do with construction.

They are a five star company.

Bryan and the team at Elite are a great contractor to work with. We've worked with them as their closet provider on many projects, and we can say that contractors that make a point to include upgraded closets as standard in their builds take that same care and attention to the things you can't see.

They've got a very qualified team, and their project coordinators keep tight schedules and good communication which makes all the difference working with them.

We recommend Elite to tackle either new home construction or renovations. They do a great job as a one stop shop for building and renovating.

Double bathroom gut and redo. Wow, these people were awesome!!! From design through construction Interior Elite listened and wanted the job done right. These are the only bathrooms in our home, so we needed one kept functional throughout, and they delivered every day. Amanda did a phenomenal job designing the spaces and giving us a larger updated space in our 50 year old home. Absolutely love the result.
