I was not super careful inspecting every piece of LSL lumber I bought from them. Some of it had been exposed to weather and consequently had changed size. Emails went unanswered. I would suggest the proper name for this company would be Lack of Integrity Building Supplies

We used Integrity to build our Barndo and hay shed. The crews were great, friendly and worked hard. Most issues have been dealt with right away, but still waiting on our plugs and damage to our beam to be stained/fixed. We would use these guys again.

I contacted Integrity inquiring about one of their buildings I was interested in, Unfortunately finding out I am in a different province... so the chance of them being able to construct my building would not be possible. regardless of not being a potential customer Del still took the time to answer all of my questions I had about their product and send me some additional info to help my project get started. customer service of this quality is hard to come by nowadays... If you are from Alberta and are in the market for a building of any sort I highly recommend integrity just on the simple fact that they offer great customer service !!

While having a chat with my neighbor he told me that he works for Integrity Building Products in Okotoks.
As we were renovating our back yard at the time we didn't hesitate to buy our lumber and timber from this local company instead of the big box store.
Not only their prices were lower bur the service was impeccable every time.
So, from now on we'll be doing the 20 minutes pleasant drive and buy from them everything we need.
Koodos for a very friendly and well run lumber yard where their employees are happy to help and not miserable and running up the clock.
And thanks again Brady for recommending Integrity to me.

I called and left a message to receive a quote on a lumber package for my home. I received no reply. I called back a week later and got through to the estimator. He asked for me to forward my house plans for quoting. I emailed the plans that afternoon. 4 weeks now and no reply. Terrible experience and will not do business with this company.

Jaret is terrible to work with. The way he spoke to our employee was out of line and disappointing. We will no longer be using this company as a supplier. Brutal.

Never reached their promises .
They do work placements, for carpentry but they put you on clean and moving stuff and many another jobs. Never trust integrity construction company!
