All the staff are exceptionally knowledgable and service is quick, efficient, and you feel like a human being when you walk through the doors, NOT JUST A NUMBER!! Best bank in the Battlefords hands down! Also if you are a member they have a coin sorter to dump change in and it can be deposited straight into your account 🙂

The worst Bank in the province. Can’t even get ahold of anyone on the phone. Just get out on hold for 25 minutes every time. And when you do get someone to answer, all they say is there is no one available. What a waste. Put your money in a bank that will actually help you when you call. Not just some answering service.

Since 2022, this place has gone down hill like a chimp on a rocket sled. Changed their "app" from a very good desktop interface to be exactly the same as their phone app. Very little screen in the middle to work off with craploads of useless whitespace around it. Of course, because the app is for the Tic Tok crowd, you scroll forever to see anything and it takes 3x as long to navigate anywhere. I told the manager that as a business owner it doesn't work worth a darn, and she told me, "Oh, yea. Business owners don't like it." Great.

The branch has removed an in-branch ATM capable of accepting deposits. You now have to stand in line all the time to deposit checks or cash. I asked about this and the manager looked me straight in the eye and told me to stand at the OUTSIDE ATM to make deposits; the drive thru one. Ridiculous!

A client of mine recently applied for a loan for a vehicle purchase for their business in MARCH. Instead of giving them the money, they took the money out of their account!!! This has caused them numerous NSF fees while the bank is working at fixing the error. This was back in March, and now in July, the issue is still not resolved.

I was a booster of this branch since we started banking there in 2018. But as of 2022, avoid this bank like the plague.

I think they are great. I have been using them a a few months now and no complains. They call to see if I need anything but not pushy or annoying at all which is nice. Taking my time to add a review because I think the service is good and they deserve it.

Hi I've been with innovation credit union since May 2021 they treat me good.but I have a few issues why doesn't this credit union use VISA or M/C debit cards all major banks and even ATB has them my second complaint is I opened up an account at the branch which made me not eligible to receive their $200 promotion I think this promotion should be for anyone who opens a new account online or not especially if you don't feel comfortable using personal information on the internet we should be punished for that other than that thank you other than that thank you innovation
