Hello, the reason why I am giving a low rating is because one of your previous residents, "DIANE"her name is, she is telling me that in from the cold is very controlling that ur not allowed to advocate for yourself otherwise you get thrown out for back talk. That you also do room checks every few hours shining a flashlight in people's faces "to see if you're still breathing" is this true?

I pulled up one night to drop off Coffee. I ended up their for a few hours, listening to a few Clients outside as all they wanted, was someone was talk with. I was happy to BE that person. I was only too honered to listen & even got asked by one Client, if he could give me a hug for just hearing him out. Staff are very professional, caring & attentive. A great facility I'm happy to know of!!

Like home cooked meals, non dominative in regards to independent living. Was supportive . Dont have to walk far if emergency clothing is needed. All day good coffee, great staff. Shower , shave, is meant to be there for everybody.

Travelling around Canada when I lost all my money and had nowhere to go, thankfully the kindness of this organisation took me in gave me food and a place to rest my head. I am so thankful to them. Keep up the great work Ladies and Gentlemen.

Donated lots of coats but it took a long time for someone to come to the door but I am sure they do good work for people.
