Sabse bekar sarvice kewal jhoot bolte hai .koi bhi saman le nene ke baad koi bhi problem ho to na hi phone uthate hai or na hi response karte hai pahle to kisi bhi company se AMC dilwa dete hai lekin koi problem hone par na hi company or na hi initiate Wale sunte hai

Sabse kharb service ...khareedne ke time sab bahut acchi picture dikhate hai...such a pathetic and unsupportive behaviour of all staff especially Jagriti and others .we bought Daikin AC on 6th March 2024 ,since installation ac having problems with cooling thr unskilled so called engineer doesn't know any feature of Ac ....We are old and not able to reach them every second day and they are actually taking advantage out of that.
Just an advise never ever purchase any electronic item which needs after sales service......SERVICE IS ZERO ....They are playing with hard earn money of customers.BIG NO TO INITIATIVE.

Bhut bkwas kbhi bhul ke purchase Mt kijiye enke yha se maine coolarv13700 ka Havells ka pankhe kitna bhi Kam nhi kr rha hai paise dub gye complain krne pe ki cooling nhi h to service provider bhut hi bttmiji se bat krta hai 4bar complain krne me koi dekhne nhi aaya service man bhut hi neechta ki hde cross krta hai bhut gnda bolta h .

Inko toh 1 star bhi dena chaiye.... bewakoof bante h ....Main apna laptop inke pass legya toh inhone mujhe 3rd party repair ke paas bheja....anwar naam h uska....usne phle 2000 bola repair phir 3000 kiya ...aur phir jab mujhe Diya toh display kharab kr diya usne uske alag se 1600 liye....toh 6000 chuna lgya diya ....aur phir abhi kharab hua toh 2000 mang rha tha.....aur maine same kaam Naza market Lucknow mey 1000 mey kra liya ......ye koi Dell authorised service centre nhi h ...jhut bole h ...

Normally, I buy Smartphones from this Firm... But sometimes I feel sad when Salesman of any brand can do anything for selling their brand Mobiles... I Buy a Panasonic Eluga Prim... I don't know why?
But Salesman can gives me more positive reviews instead of their negatives...
By the way, The Firm was Good and doing a great job...
After all these.... I again buy my many gadgets from this store... And this time with my knowledge not with the trust...
I refer this store to the peoples for buying much Brands in a single place...
