The staff is phenomenal! Always caring and helping in any way they can. I have been going here for many years and recently had kids, who now also go here and the care is always top notch. They are great to get you seen the same day for urgent situations. The online booking system is convenient. Not only do they care about your physical health, they also strive to provide care to your mental and emotional health as well. We had a first check up for my newborn baby and he was crying in the waiting room so the receptionist offered us a private room to breastfeed him in. It was a very nice gesture. This place is highly recommended! Thank you for all you do. 🙂

They need stricter guidelines, I was almost sent for hormone replacement BY A THERAPIST without my family doctor knowing, without ever seeing a gender specialist, without a proper prescription, and without my full medical history. A year later I spoke to my family doctor about starting my transition with hormone blockers instead of hormone replacement, and found out that what she tried to do was completely wrong and almost illegal, and my doctor had no idea I ever even spoke to them despite telling me they’d contact him.

To the reception/admin staff:
Yes ladies, we can hear your bitchy comments from behind the glass. And we can most definitely see the eye rolling and sour facial expressions. Please consider a different position from that of a people-facing role as clearly you are not made for this industry as you demonstrated quickly, your distain for people. Reception should be friendly and welcoming as to put people at ease. Some patients find visiting a clinic a bit stressful and are hoping to be welcomed with a smile. Instead, we were treated as an annoyance and an inconvenience. Their poor behavior cannot be blamed on urgency as the office wasn’t busy.
Once you get past reception, the nurses are friendly, welcoming and appear to be competent but the experience as a whole, left us disconcerted.

Searched for walk in clinics and this showed up. In a hurry, went to the clinic. However It's not a walk in clinic. Upon going there, the nurses were extremely rude to us. New to town (I used to live here as a kid but its changed) and it wouldve been much more helpful to direct us to a clinic or resource. Most healthcare professionals are pretty good at that. But instead we were snapped at abruptly and with an eye roll. Wont be going here. Especially when you already feel sick, and someones cadence tone and condescending attitude is what you get upon arrival.
