This company undertook a project in our village. Their employees stayed in our hotel and paid with a credit card at first. Later, the credit card always showed an insufficient balance. They said they would pay by check, but they did not pay the bill after leaving the hotel. We called numerous times in 30 days to request it. At first, a woman said that she needed to reconcile the account and call us back tomorrow. However, we waited for a week and no one responded. We called again and another woman answered the phone and said she would call us back tomorrow. , still no one responded, no one answered the phone when we called in the future, and no one responded when we sent emails. It has been a month now and we can only go to court to sue them.
