As a former CICC member, here is the truth: This organization is a JOKE. They really need to work on how they manage their staff and their procedures are pretty poor. They are just in it for the money. Almost half of CICC licensed consultants are incompetent and they don't seem to know what they're doing. The immigration industry is rampant with conducts of bad faith and fraud and its like an open secret that no one addresses. When I finally quit as a member, I felt a huge sense of relief in my conscience. One of the best decisions I ever made.

I launched the formal complaint against the COCC member over eight weeks ago. I have heard nothing from their office and whenever I call I get a recording stating that they cannot take the phone call right now. Call again later. This is very unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

There are thousands ghost agents on the street. No matter how I report to ICCRC, they just ignore and tell me report to police! They said they can't do anything!

I am a good standing member in ICCRC, paying membership fees on time, attending useless PME and paying CPD every year. However, this organization has no use to protect the members, and just design garbage rules and regulations for the members to attend, but no use to improve the professional standard.

All positive reviews in here are fake, I am sure they are all written by their staffs. All members are so angry to this organization. I totally agree to close ICCRC and let the law society or federal government to regulate us.

I am a member in good standing. The Government of Canada needs to look at this organization and its purpose and seek input from all of its members. As a RISIA I do not have any easy way to track my status (professional development hours, owing/paid dues, etc.) Why are the fees so high to maintain the professional designation? It would be nice to see a transparent explanation including financial documents showing what the money is used for.

All positive reviews before me are fake. The employees of ICCRC are useless, dumbest women and "diversity hires". They never reply on time. These people are objectively the most useless failures of the human species, and because of "affirmative action" they keep their jobs.

The lady name Jennifer is very rude and disrespectful and hang up my call plenty of times .very shameful for society and should learn acticates so next time anyone call you guys she will not rude such a dum if u don’t like the job sit at home don’t disrespect anyone like this . People like her should be boycott from the society. Never saw the lady rude like her in my life.

This is a dumest department ever. They have no clue what they are doing...and this department has failed to protect their members income and credibility and Canadian immigration frauds by ghosts agents around the world. If they cant protect their members interest and Canadian immigration services from all these ghost consultant, this department should be closed. To protect Canadians they should close the system and only open for its members only to file cases of Canadian immigration. Like Australia has done, Like the real estate boards in Canada, doctors, lawyers, pharmacist etc to protect their income and integrity...whats the point of clearing 2 years of courses and exams what anyone can file the application in the system from anywhere in the world. I have seen grade 10 ,12th failed people around the world are Canadian immigration agents and experts in different countries. And this department have no clue...what a shame on ICCRC organization.

never respond to inquiries or take them at least a week to get back to you. As a member I still don't know why you are charging us so much to remain licensed. Not happy at all!
