This place creates more problems for youth than it fixes. There are enough horror stories from this place to publish a book series. Do not send your kid here. Do not work here. This place is like a forensic psychiatric unit without anyone having committed a crime, and without the medical or mental health care. This place is already under the microscope, other places just like it have already been shut down. Keep your records if you were ever a youth here, you may need them.

Andrew is a very unprofessional and unpleasant person to deal with. He certainly needs coaching to help him with his highly rude demeanor and attitude. He used our services and he wasn't willing to pay for the services after the job request was completed when it was made clear that his job request was to be paid right after successful completion. When I requested to speak with his supervisor for further assistance, Andrew refused to provide his supervisors name and contact. Only after I did my own research was I able to find his supervisor who was really pleasant and nice to deal with and who paid the invoice within minutes. I would highly recommend for all and any companies NOT to deal with Andrew directly as he only brings head aches and run around.

Rude and unprofessional, they treat their employees with racism and discrimination. Clients are neglected and not cared for. The worst community service providers in the whole city.
