Heritage was great. Steller Vista is a complete GONG SHOW. it is ridiculous beyond belief! they dont even have a mortgage specialist when it is time to renew so random fil-ins give you wrong info because nobody knows what they are doing there! Dont even get me started about my business account with them! They just don't care! I'm leaving this sinking ship. I would love to talk to a regional manager but they dont have that either!

Mass exit of staff from this location. It’s unfortunate that the new owners don’t understand the ideal small town credit union includes those same helpful staff clients see every visit.

Time for the head office to deal with the way staff here have been treated…I hear they are even trying to roll back the current union contract to match their Cranbrook one which is less pay etc. Maybe that’s the plan? Treat staff poorly so they quit.

Time to consider another credit union?

Been with this bank for over 10 years and have never had any issues. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever needs we may have. I would highly recommend this bank, only thing that would be nice is if there were more locations.

BEWARE FREE SERVICE CHARGES FOR SENIORS ONLY APPLY IF THEY CHOOSE. THEY GENEROUSLY ARE REFUNDING ME $5.00 OF THEIR $36.70 MISTAKE. I phoned in Nov 2022 to close my US dollar account as the balance was 82 cents. Instead of closing it they transferred $1.00 plus US exchange from my SENIOR GOLDEN ACCT to my US account and then charged $5.00 miscellaneous service charge for the TRANSFER. THEY DID THIS EACH MONTH FROM DEC. 2022 to MAY 2023. TOTAL $36 .70. I did not notice this when I went on-line to check my balance as computer screens are very hard for me to see. I am 80 years old and have very limited vision. I do not drive anymore so do not get to the branch. I have been a member of Heritage since 1967 and will be closing this account as soon as I can get help to change my automatic deposits. THEY WILL NOT BE RIPPING ME OFF ANYMORE.

I'm assuming they're short staffed, although I did not see any "hiring" signs. Waited in line for over 20 minutes as there was only one teller and several people ahead of me. It was not lunch break as it was around 2 when I got there. Many more behind me when I left. I felt sorry for the lone teller.

Usually i have no problems with this credit union. I always call to check my account balance because my online banking doesnt work. Usually when i call whoever picks up can tell me right away my account balance. However, this time I got transferred not once but 3 times to different people to find out my balance, for them all not to answer their extension. Truely was not helpful as i have limited time to call in the first place and i never got to find out my balance. I dont blame the receptionist but it was annoying playing the game of calling 5 times! First two times no answer at all and them the other 3 times i got no real help. What is happening heritage credit union? You guys used to be such a great bank.

Despite living 600 km from my branch I still have excellent service. Not willing to change credit unions!!
