I have been donating here for years. and have even organized collections of clothes from my place of work. I don't think you will find another organization that works with such dedication towards its mission.

I am a social worker and I referred an individual to them for the first time. The director ignored and cancelled my referral because I asked a question that they apparently answered in their forms. Because of her unprofessional response and personal dislike of me, my client is now unable to get what they deserve. Such a pity!

Thanks Ray for prompt pick up of bedding and a mattress that Log and Cove accidently dropped off when I cancelled the order. The Fed ex guy was so rude and dropped off a package that was completely open at the top, in my hallway when I refused it. I called Ray for pick up of the bedding, told him the stress involved with the 4 feet box in the condo hallway and everything else and he promptly had a driver come pick it up within the hour. Ray was kind and wanted to help. The volunteer driver David was kind too. My Father and I were grateful to him for taking everything carefully and with kindness. I told Ray that I want this mattress to go to to someone in need. I trust that they'll make sure it will. I will give my donations to them again in the future as they were pleasant to deal with.

My mom has been helping this charity for years, providing (making) items knowing they will be given to those in need. My parents moved and they gave a farely new washer and dryer to Ray and Roxy (the owners) and said that by that evening they went to a family that needed them. No money exchange, just a swap. That's the beauty of this charity. Items come in and they go out. I've met the owners. They only want what's best. If anyone thinks that they would just drop furniture in your yard or on your doorstep, no. Not happening.

This is the most incredible charity. All the volunteers even the founder Ray and his wife have done so much work to support so many people, women and men transitioning out of shelters to their new place to live. (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE). They help Refugees etc. Please always consider donating to them all the time. You can book an appointment to drop off donations.

Ray could not have been kinder, facilitating help for friends of mine in need. He and his volunteers asked us specific questions so as to fit their unique requirements. The mom and grandma were blown away by the kindness that this charity provides.

Helping families in need!!?. More like "Scamming People in Need". Very rude and disrespectful, the items they have are rotten, old and mostly broken. I would not recommend getting anything from there to avoid health and raspatory illness. They require a 20 CAD non-refundable registration- quite a red flag if you ask me (Which should have kept me away since it is their opening line). They also require 150 CAD for the drop-off. Listen to me people you are better off getting stuff from Craigslist they have really good free stuff every now and then and mostly in good condition and some are willing to drop off for a small fee.
