Never coming back wasted my 2 hours and told me to visit again 👎🏻 because they are booked already

Their ‘walk-in’ clinic is a joke. Their appointment slots are fully booked for the next 2 months. When you attend the walk-in, you will only be seen if someone doesn’t show up for their prebooked appointment. I was told by reception that the chances of me being seen were ‘slim’ as there were two walk-ins already waiting. I arrived ten minutes after opening and they were going to be open for 5 hours!!

I think most of the low star reviews happened while HIM was changing/updating their servers.

The people working at this location were very helpful and nice with the forms and helped guide my way through the process.

The nurse as well was really understanding and straight forward with the procedures and was informative of the vaccines that I was capable of getting.

The two guys working, very unhelpful. A booking I had made failed to go through and instead of being helpful both just shrugged and turned me away.

Made an appointment online and when I got there they told me they had updated their system and they no longer took appointments. I was not notified and, although friendly, the volunteer was completely unhelpful.
