We would like to leave positive review for Hazforce Environmental Ltd.
Our 85 yr old home had vermiculite insulation in the attic with a high possibility of containing asbestos, old pink fibreglass, a small drywalled room that was built to house a grow-op. The attic was also home to a small number of bats.

A comprehensive home assessment was done for vermiculite and mold abatement by a knowledgeable representative who took the time to explain the job step by step and clarify anything we didn’t understand to our satisfaction. The estimate was clearly written and itemized, making it easy to refer to for costs of the job descriptions. Everything was taken care of from hazardous material removal, 3rd party air quality testing, reinstallation of new R40 cellulose insulation, and finally certificates of proof should we sell our home in the future.

Hazforce crew were professional and friendly with good work standards, they always arrived on time. We were kept updated with photo’s as the job progressed. Their crew foreman was on site daily to manage anything that came up. Our bat issue was remediated according to B.C. conservation laws, evicted alive and well and attic vents protected so they could not return. Grow-op room studs and drywall were deconstructed and removed, the area completely cleaned up.

No problems communicating with this company, available 24/7 for any issues.
Hazforce will go above and beyond to work with clients and their special needs.
We would have no hesitation in using Hazforce again or referring them to others!

Jon at HazForce came and assessed the staining on the inside of attic from a moisture problem that had been rectified a year before, Hazforce employees came and eliminated the staining, on time, good price, professional service. A mishap occurred causing slight damage to the drywall on the ceiling below the attic. Mike came and assessed the problem, a drywall repairman was sent instantly and you would never notice it has ever happened. Great integrity. I am grateful my neighbour recommended HazForce to me, and I will be calling them for future needs.
