Lovely space to be in. Amazing and friendly staff and volunteers. The lady at the front desk is always warm and welcoming. The clothing and other items are so well displayed and organized and the time management is excellent. Everything received from Haven has been useful to us as a family. They have made our early days here in Canada easy and meaningful. Thanks to the management and all who make this place what it is today.

Volunteered here. I am so grateful for the dedicated people that show in daily to volunteer here to help keep this place running. Please if you have new and gently used clothing, donate them. Also, grocery items are needed too. Corporate organizations should do team volunteering here too. I am so grateful for the opportunity

Food dietery was mentioned for many months to give atleast some whole wheat and chicken or fish options foods but instead the opposite like all white pastas and breads and total useless stuff was given and so it's like always giving them back 1 whole basket of food so what's point of giving it? Meat is very low too and green veggies and proteins. Also the amount for each family is low.

Today I dropped in and was given an emergency supply of Hygiene, Shampoo and conditioner. And I am so very grateful because my dreadlocks needed EMERGENCY CONDITIONING. Special thanks to Darlene and Mary at the front reception. They were super kind and compassionate amidst their busy phones ringing and requesting their assistance in other lives. Incredible!

Haven On The Queensway is really making a difference - Be it clothing, feeding, and helping people in need, they had my back!
