Life in a Co-op is very different, moved in and realized that I moved into a community not just an apartment, Enjoyed a large family BBQ with the all the Co-op family's, I am enjoying watching everyone caring for the thier lawns, planting flowers, and garden. I enjoy meeting the many different people's and cultures found within the Co-op. If you want a small town atmosphere you want to move here.

Don't go live there. you will lose all you own if you move your belongings in there. They are still moving people in knowing that there are bad infestation of bed bugs. They have been sending contractors in to try and clean it up but nothing they do works or fixes the situation no matter what they tell you. Its not fixed and they will still make you pay rent even if you lose all your furniture because of these bugs. All they care about is getting their rent. They dont compensate for loss of items or proper living conditions. I lost everything I own. I had bought all brand new furniture right before I moved in...a few months later and its all gone. I have nothing left and had to move out with nothing. I could not bring anything with me to my new place. Living in an empty apartment because all my belongings were trashed. It was real bad. Covered in bugs. I had only been living there for a couple of months and lost everything I own. The landlord will not help. Living conditions were inhumane. My bird even died. Was covered in bed bugs and died. I have an order from CAS due to the bugs I cannot live there with my child. Now the landlord wants to charge me 16000.00 for some reason ....I paid my rent all except for the last month. I needed it to get a new place. They have me in collection for $16000.00 and I have no idea how they came up with that number. I think they are actually trying to charge me for the exterminator fees. NO Joke. Don't rent there,your life will be ruined. It was a horrible experience. I Lost a lot because I moved in here. There was NO full disclosure. I would never had moved in here if they had been upfront with me, they were trying to remove bugs before I moved in. I would still have all my brand new furniture. I can't afford to buy this all again. Take my advise, dont live here if you want to keep your belongings and You don't want bugs crawling all over everything. I am trying to let people know before it's too late so they won't have to go through what I went through. Since the landlord isn't fully disclosing this information, I feel people have a right to know before they move in. This will totally interfere with your tenant's right to reasonable use and enjoyment of the unit.

This is my 1st experience with co-op living, and I'm loving it. Getting involved with the community is live in helps me to feel valued as a member. You need to experience Harvest Moon!

Worst place ever...they will tow u for now reason at all even if u have a visitor pass or anything like that they are goofs
