Since I have moved in here, 5 years ago, I have had issues I wanted to address and requested a board meeting . I have emailed Claudette Mason several times and still waiting over 6 months! I have decided to go to mediation because nothing gets resolved here. I have complaints regarding her performance here and it seems to me she keeps putting it off. The mediation team has informed me they have contacted her several times and she doe not return their calls. . Nothing is followed up by her. I i was assaulted with a knife a few months ago from a tenant and constant harrassment over the last 2-3 years. I have sent videos and emailing her and she she does nothing. My scooter has been vandalized so many times and under a camera several times, from ppl in the building and she just turns a blind eye. I cannot wait to get out of here!!

I lived on the sixth floor of Harbour Channel Coop from 1991 to 2010 and had some of the best memories of any home that I have experienced.

There is a strong community and many enduring friendships continue.

The staff i interacted with were professional and welcoming and in particular a big shout out to the most recent Claudette.
