SCALPER PRICES AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sad to see a once great hobby store, now contribute to the scalper issue. This store has nice layout, but the experience was ruined by major issues:

Poor Customer Service:
- The two staff members present seemed pretentious and antisocial.
- They were difficult to approach and communicate with. Every sentence sounded like they were annoyed
- The cashier had a pretentiousness when asked questions as if we were supposed to his store by heart
- The staff at the card display seemed inconvenienced when asked to check prices for display items. (No prices are listed)

Lack of Pricing & Scalping:
- No prices were listed on display items, forcing customers to ask. This is fine but when asked, the worker pulls his phone out and spends a lot of time, almost seemingly pretending so you stop asking
- The prices we were quoted were significantly inflated to scalper levels. You can check other reviews that state this.

While the store looks good, the terrible customer service and scalper pricing make it impossible to recommend. It feels less like a hobby store supporting the community and more like a business contributing to the scalping problem. The good selection is likely just a result of no one buying at these prices. The store used to be an area where you can gather to share hobbies as other reviews mentioned. It is now just scalper territory.

Best place to play magic commander! It always good temperature, nice stuff and you can buy cards you need to test on the spot with good pricing. They also have cheap snacks for sale!

You think hoarders have bad prices for Pokemon, try going to this place. They charge way more than MSRP and they've been ripping me off on my trade in for years and only recently realized how much they were ripping me off until I compared trade in values with other retailers.

This place is no better than scalpers, if not worse because they're under the guise as a licensed business but yet rip people off with their Pokemon prices. No shame.

Huge amount of floorspace! They had a great selection of stuff including games workshop, BT, MTG and various other games. Prices were alright- Better than paying postage anyway. Tables available for games- Not sure if you needed permission to play games.

Great selection and prices. Not the most interactive staff, but they were nice and didn't follow me around like I was trying to steal. Yes, I have that problem often.

Hairy T used to be my go to for everything Pokemon but their gouging for Prismatic absolutely pushed me away as a customer. As of the moment preorders went online, they were already charging $199.99 for ETBs (now $229.99) and other products we priced based on pack numbers at roughly $20-$25 per pack. This was the one shop I trusted to be honest with their customers and they failed.

Edit: It’s pathetic to see that even after multiple loyal customers have turned on this store, they’ve had the audacity to not only ignore their customer comments but have actually opted to increase their prices on Pokemon product even more. $159.99 for a Prismatic Surprise box which is $29.99 MSRP.
