Great place, great staff and hospitality. Very Reasonable prices. Please do not exploit this place, if you are wealthy enough. Instead help the others who starting their life again like home less people or addicts or the struggling ones

Love this store. We have visited this location for years and have come away with many wonderful and unique furniture pieces and really great prices.
The staff in the store are always friendly.
Sometimes the store will be limited in what they have available and other times it is stuffed with many treasures. It just depends on the donations they get. My only issue is that the couple of times we have dropped stuff off at the back to donate items the men working that area are not super friendly. The first time we donated the guy was downright rude. The second time we donated this past weekend the two men working at the back said absolutely nothing. My husband said hello, nothing was said in return. After my husband unloaded the car he said thank you to the men and again nothing was said in return, not even a smile.
Customer service may not be their “thing” when they work in the back area but I would think it’s just basic human interaction to greet another when you are being greeted.

The prices in this place are insane.
Need a cruddy old bowl? $20
Need a coffee maker that might not even work? $78
Need a broken down stained chair? $67
Don’t even get me started on their building supplies (which they have almost none anymore btw)
Take your donations literally anywhere else, these people are not here to help the community.

Wow. It's expensive as heck! This stuff is all donated. Staff doesn't seem to acknowledge your business either. They should rename their business. It was a nice place to shop a while back.
Won't be donated my stuff to this location. Should learn to appreciate their customers. Are we not the reason for inventory? ?

Not a huge selection, but not too bad. I found what I needed. Staff is friendly, down to earth and helpful.
Enjoyed laughing with a few of the staff.

I always enjoy a trip to the Restore Store in Alliston. It's a lot of fun wondering through everything especially when you find that treasured item you have been looking for but isn't why you went in. Friendly and helpful staff plus the very large variety of merchandise makes it a great place.

This is an exceptional store! The service is excellent, the store is well organized and only items in good repair are sold. They have a return policy, which I have never had to use because their stock is in such great condition. I buy furniture, household items, VHS and DVD tapes, and kitchenware at this store. I bought a used computer monitor that is in like new condition for only $15. I bought an entire, office wall unit (lawyer's office like unit) for $22. If you have not shopped at the Restore in Alliston - get yourself over there. You will not be disappointed!
