Bought a frame, brought it home. Had bugs in it, took it back to store they refused to accept the return and denied that it’s bug, manager came and said these are just dust!!! I said you can see the bugs and its body!!
They didn’t give my money back I left the frame and they put it back for sale !!

Love the idea of supporting a non-profit store. They have great deals and I have picked up replacement parts for windows, light bulbs, furniture, etc. They have some new items along with second hand. Also a great place to donate your surplus building supplies or furniture. They will pick up your large items for you.

Pricing is absolutely ridiculous. While the cause is great, it has become cost prohibitive for dirty and falling apart furniture

The helpful and knowledgeable staff are always welcoming. Compared to the Revivals thrift shops in California or Outfitters in New Hampshire, the items are pretty pricey. I have found excellent brass door fixtures, book cases, tiles, entry tables, a microwave (my first! was an excellent buy at $20.00!), and wonderful filing cabinets. A chandelier is in the future and there are lots to chose from. These are reasonable. It would be helpful if the books were arranged alphabetically by author -- author and subject would be so much more efficient! -- is there a retired librarian in the house ? I'm sure books would sell faster rather than having browsers spend time sifting the wheat from the chaff. Framed prints are more reasonably priced at Bibles for Missions. 5 stars if the prices were better and if I could figure out how to get to their online store to reserve a purchase! Its website could use a link to it.

The prices are not reflective of the quality of the item being sold, an example was an electric fireplace that did not produce heat just the flame, they were asking 150.00 when a broken fireplace should only be 25-50 this is a restore some people who go there need items but don't have the finances to purchase them new, they are a store to help these individuals, so why price items at such rediculously high prices, it was donated so a huge mark up just seems greedy. And the condition of some items makes them more suitable for the landfill than for sale.
