GS was working our area when we thought we were experiencing loss of water pressure. Ridwan came over to the house immediately, brought a plumber the very next day, and replaced a sink part for us. He showed up at the time he said he would show. Ridwan went beyond customer service in my experience. He didn't have to do anything for us but he did and I am very thankful. He is a great guy, very kind and I'm sure a great asset to GS. Thanks again Ridwan!

To add onto Trevor’s recent one-star review, it’s not a good look for a company truck to park in a spot meant for small cars and subsequently messing up the flow of traffic as only one vehicle could get through at a time if they were a truck or SUV. The parking lot had more than enough spaces, this is just flat out rude and inconsiderate to park in this spot with metal protruding out the back lmao.

Incredibly inconsiderate of the work space they operate in. They will take all of the available parking from your immediate area and keep their equipment and materials spread out with large gaps in between them. Some days you'll come home and you won't have access to your driveway. Nobody has come to tell you of this and since the workers are so ornery, getting an answer is impossible. They'll make you drive around the block and park where you have to make a trek to your house. If you have kids and/or groceries, I'm pretty sure their favourite thing to do is watch the struggle. They also have zero issues with sending threatening letters pertaining to fining you for parking in front of your house or on your driveway. They also will forget to put out no parking signs, then remember the next day when someone realized they can park there. They will give you the high horse treatment like they're the Knights of the round table.

If you see the Goof Troops trucks in your area, pray that it's going to be a short time. They truly are against the people that are paying them.

This company was doing some of the underground work in the hillview area on 38ave and Woodvale road. I was curious to know what kind of work they were doing since they had a good portion of the road shut down, so I stopped to find out. To my surprise, all of the men on the crew were so kind and happy to explain what they were doing. I believe it was some sort of storm drain that they were replacing. It was so nice and refreshing to have a construction crew that took the time to explain things to someone who knew nothing about that sort of work. This was by far the cleanest looking site I’ve seen and I could tell they all really cared about their jobs.

The Forman of the crew and the guy that was just finishing in the ground were so kind and very good at explaining what the job was that they were doing. They assured me it wouldn’t be long before the road was open again and thanked me for taking an interest.

If I could give 10 starts to this particular crew I would. You don’t come across many construction companies that are like this, usually it’s men and women who visually don’t care about anything. Great job GS!!

I seen a crew of yours on my way to work this week and it reminded me to leave a note of just how impressed I was!! Keep up the amazing work, I now know it’s not an easy.. or clean job to do.

They did work on our street last summer and were very efficient and professional. They tidied the street up as much as possible every night. The crews were respectful of people's property . The foreman was available all the time if we had questions or concerns. I hope our city will use them again if need be

One of their drivers tried to run me into the ditch on the freeway. It's one of those times where the company logo on the vehicle will leave a lasting impression of the company. I was merging onto the Henday with one of GS's trucks behind me as my lane was ending. With more than enough room for me to change lanes, the GS truck sped up and blocked me from merging because he didn't want me to be in front of him. One of the alpha style drivers where they need to be first, and because of this, I needed to pass him in the shoulder with my right side tires in the ditch so that I could finish merging. They might put on a friendly face for the client, but this is the side of the employee that faces the public. I work with a lot of contractors and will definitely not recommend this company based on the endangerment their driver put me in.

Not professional.. clean your mess up off the roads. Put proper signs up.. park your equipment elsewhere then on the side of the road taking up one full lane.. unbelievable. Will be reporting to city of edmonton too. Just because the neighborhood isn't the best you think you can leave the place looking worse then what it did.. you guys suck..
