My husband and I had Groundworks complete a waterproofing of our basement July 2 & 3rd 2025 and it was a fantastic experience. They did everything that was contracted, the trench/gutter system and vapor barrier all around the inside, a grate to catch water by our basement entrance, an couple of clean out spots and install of sump pump and battery backup. They did it in the 2 days as promised. The team of Lucio Flores, Tai Mark, Daniel P, Carmello B and Logan W made sure I was informed and updated as the project was completed and kept things as neat and tidy as possible. Now that we have peace of mind that water won’t be running through the middle of our basement, we can finish the space to use for our growing family. Thank you so much!!

Booked Groundworks early this Spring to fix the recurring issue of water sipping into the basement of our 60 year old house in Mississauga. From the contract discussions with Justin Johnstone, several follow-ups and all the way to project implementation by Lucio's team - 10/10 !
On the installation day, Lucio Flores and his team (Daniel Patriquin and Tai Mark) arrived as agreed and got to work right away, ensured floors and working areas were protected, took time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions and left the work spaces (both indoor and outdoor) clean when done. No issues with the overall implementation.
Lucio is a great leader and mentor to his young team, Daniel worked very hard and yet he had a smile on his face the entire day and was very polite, Tai tackled most of the outdoor part of the project under Lucio's patient guidance and supervision. Great team and great work ethic !
