If I could give 10 stars I would! After years of struggling with water backing up around my house due to poor drainage system. I reached out to multiple companies.. I was not pleased with being dismissed or having people show up with little to no interest in taking on the job of redoing the drainage system around the house.
This all changed when messaged Tristan with Groundforce excavating. He immediately replied and came over to discuss options. This resulted in me hiring him shortly after, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. He took the time to explain the process in detail, and his pricing was both fair and transparent.
The work itself was excellent—everything was completed on time, and the new drainage system is functioning perfectly.
He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard and ensure I was up to date on the work being done. I’m impressed with the quality and care they put into the job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of drainage solutions.

Originally we hired a different excavating company that under delivered, leaving us in a real mess, which really put us off hiring another company that might leave us in the same situation. We carefully searched and selected Ground Force and after meeting Tristan, we were assured that he understood our requirements and felt immediately at ease that he would be able to deliver. I've had a great experience with Ground Force Drainage & Excavating and would highly recommend anyone in need of these types of services to look no further. Tristan & Cody are a great team! They are professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. They took all the stress and concern away that I had about my situation and just got it done! I was updated regularly through the process without having to ask.

The City made me upgrade my sanitary and storm lines to include inspection chambers which I did not have (1980 house). These lines were 8' underneath a large tree so I had to hire an Arborist to be present the entire time to monitor the work and create a report.

Tristan and Cody coordinated all the site visits, worked with the Arborist, and did all the hard work in freezing cold weather. They had the hole filled in no time. I can't recommend their services enough. Way to go guys and thank you again!

Highly recommend this company for any drainage, foundation, and excavating requirements. Tristan is honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and kind. He was involved in the demolition of our old home and the installation of our drainage system and foundation for our new home 15 years ago. An issue arose last month and Tristan was extremely thorough in his assessment and determined the issue was not related to the drainage system. He was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. He is highly experienced and skilled and I will continue to work with him in the future.

Tristan and Cory did an amazing job replacing our perimeter drainage system. Our property had all sorts of challenges to overcome, from a tight stretch between our house and the neighbour's yard, to trenching underneath a 1-year old deck that we really didn't want to take down! They were able to navigate all of the obstacles and get the job completed successfully and safely. They even located our buried water main shutoff for us, which we'd been looking for for some time!! We are so thrilled with the work they did and would have no hesitation in recommending Ground Force to our friends and family. Thank you, Tristan and Cory! We can finally use our basement!! 🤗

Tristan and Cody are an amazing team. The did a huge project for us in South Surrey which include many complicated drainage issues and long run conduits.
