Great neighbours, quiet, well maintained on the whole. The gardens are lovely thanks to the tireless efforts of the landscape committee.People can get involved in the community here as little or as much as they wish
The board of directors is voted in by the members living in the Co-op

I would not recommend living here if you have alternatives. The co-op is controlled by a group of old friends who single out and target residents with malicious rumours, personal attacks and general ostracism. I have been called a discriminatory name related to a disability by this group. Unsurprisingly, a complaint has been filed with a government tribunal against a former President of this Co-op. If you are visiting, just know that vehicles (including mine) have been vandalized overnight. I suggest parking in the more well-lit areas of the visitor’s lot to deter the paint scratchers and tire deflators.

Not a nice place to live. Mice in every townhouse and apartment, lousy repairmen, new one every month. Much Older group of Mean girls. Bullying is not only permitted by the BOD , but encouraged. Nothing goes on there that everyone doesn't know about. Favors for friends and rules are a suggestion depending on who you know. Unless you're on the Board, you have no rights they will take what little rights you have from you. Find another place to live. Poor decision making at the expense of the members.
