Will update my rating when necessary. I’ve been to this location a few times. First time was a great experience. Everyone was respectful and I got some amazing items for myself and my family. Since then, I’ve returned a few times and my experience just seemed to go down hill. The aggression (standing right beside me - grabbing items in front of me) just got worse. I had to tell a few people to move away from me because they were too close.

I understand we all have to search through the bins but everyone has to be respectful of the act others space. This goes for the x-amount of gentlemen who are there every single time I go. A few of them are absolutely ignorant. They fill the shopping carts (not many available) to the brim then wait to go through all their items before they leave dashing several of the items back in the bin which sometimes is damaging of the items.

There is security at the door who just stands there. Not once have a I heard a peep out of their mouth. An associate should be very watchful of the regulars who make the experience horrible for those of us who don’t live nearby. I don’t want to travel almost 2 hours to deal with the issues that have progressively worsened.

I am grateful for the experience to shop here. It’s a great concept. Just really hope that people don’t ruin for those of us who actually have manners and shopping etiquette. I’m sure there’s enough for all of us to enjoy.

I am changing my first review after reading the reply from goodwill.

Though I'd walk around after getting my car repaired...came to this place.
I had no idea of what this was all about.

Very odd place.

If your reading this and you attend this location...what gloves and mask.
For those who are first time.
Don't bring your purse. Or anything people can slip out of your pocket.

Best of luck

Next time you donate to you might want to think twice. Last year I spoke to management and security about their employees throwing chicken bones, and their garbage on my boat next door in the compound. Last week I notified management once again throwing now cigarette butts which damaged my boat. New swim platform now is burnt. Management came out blah blah blah and crickets. Could care less. Like I said donate to people who appreciate it. This is just another dysfunctional corporation run by incompetent ,unethical, morally bankrupt people.

Very interesting store. If you don't mind getting down and dirty, you're going to find something cool for yourself, your home, your garage, backyard... skies the limit.

While shopping here should be a fun, rummage-sale type experience, there are SEVERAL things which make shopping at this location frustrating and NEGATIVE!
First, the positive points: clean washrooms and frequent replenishing of the bins/ new bins every 5 - 10 minutes.
Prices are good ( better if you buy in bulk).
Now, the not-so-pleasant points:
I have shopped at this location over the past 6 months on every different day of the week. There is a contingent of aggressive, piranha-like foreign people (mostly men) who LIVE THERE, morning till night. They even eat their meals there! They are obnoxious, rude, impolite and very competitive. They dive into the bins aggressively destroying merchandise, pushing, shoving, and employing all kinds of tactics to get what they seek ( mostly metal wares, silver, bronze, copper, and electronics), with no regard or respect for other buyers. These people work in tandem. Security is useless to control their behavior. I have, in fact, watched security guards fill their own baskets while on duty, instead of controlling the chaos. There is a shortage of carts and most are monopolized by the foreigners.
Bins are not sorted well according to category; housewares and toys are often mingled together in heaps. Most of the time, quite unsanitary. Gloves are a necessity here.

Everything at the Goodwill Outlet is priced by the pound, except when it isn't. Large plastic totes used to be $1, now they are done by weight so about $6. Hardly anyone buys them anymore and I'm sure they just go to the landfill along with all the other large bulkier items that no longer make sense to buy here. The per pound rate also seems to creep up every couple months. For stuff that is given freely why be so greedy? If the executive salaries are anything like they are in the USA I think I know why.

The store is filled with 99% garbage but finding the 1% can be fun. Wear gloves as I have encountered glass, needles, medical waste, urine, human feces, phallic bedroom objects, oil, gasoline, bed bugs, mice, and much more. Last week I saw someones grandmas ashes. Grandmas ashes only $1.40/lb!! Or is it $1.50/lb by now?

This place sucks. I'll be back tomorrow.

My go-to shop. As usual, Goodwill never fails to amaze me with their products. This branch was by far the best. The customer service was good, the current manager was very accommodating to my concerns, especially staffs. Thank you for that!

Every time I look in any bin, these employees with zero communication skills just come and take it away in the middle of my shopping without so much as a word. And when I asked to keep browsing I was met with silence and a blank expression. Needless to say I left and didn't buy anything, and I certainly will not return, what a lousy thrift shopping experience.
