This Goodwill always has a good selection of items at reasonable prices. They don’t price gouge like the Value Village down the road!! Very pleased that we found some hardy boys books for my husband in great condition. I ended up getting some nice toys here too. Even managed to find a soapstone carving for my mother. Staff are attentive and always putting out new inventory. We always find something to buy at this Goodwill. Keep up the good work!

One of the best prices on clothes in thrift stores, anywhere from $1 to $20 bur most of the items are under $10!! Always having so many different styles and changing the stock, you will definitely find something

Great big store with lots of parking. Good selection and fair prices. Friendly staff. The access to the store is within the mall. It has been a life saver for me over the years and I will tell you why; Location, location, location. Located across the street from Medway Arena where we have spent many hours for hockey games, practices and tournaments. Instead of waiting around before games or during practice I have often walked over to the store and spent many hours saving money instead of sitting in the car. I highly recommend. Same goes for Medway Bowls Skate Park and Canada Games Aquatic Centre. Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School too.

First time shopper here and found great pieces from Hugo Boss, Nautica, H & M, among others. The type of finds are competitive with Plato’s Closet in my opinion. I’ll be back for sure.

Awesome place! The fitting rooms are spacious and calm, the workers, ECPECIALLY THR BLONDE ONES (no clue what these other reviews are talking about) are amazing and NEVER RUDE. And the prices are very fair for most products. I can't wait to go back.

I am a regular shopper in this location. All the staff is truly friendly, helpful, kind, and hard working. Yesterday the cashier was so ultimately kind to all the customers you can hear it at the other end. Appreciate you guys and thank you for being AWESOME ?

Today my boyfriend and I went to goodwill and found a dehumidifier as soon as we walked in. Since it was very heavy and we had just gotten there, I asked a man at the counter to keep it at the front for us until we finished shopping. He was going to let us, until this very rude female employee with short blonde hair stopped us and said “unfortunately we cannot do holds” and was not at all accommodating. She told us we had to remove the product from the store and then return to finish shopping. We just bought the humidifier and left. Probably not coming back to this location for a long time because after she spoke to us in such a rude tone, I heard her harassing another customer in the store. When I looked, she was just giving me a death stare. Very unfortunate that the employee’s openly treat their valued customers in this fashion. I used to love going to goodwill, but not anymore. This staff member ruined my experience with the company.
