Rishi and his crew have been so helpful with us and our new puppy. It’s my first dog and I was overwhelmed quickly on how to raise a puppy, and we’ve had nothing but support from the shop.
He has helped suggest the best food for both our cat and dog, ordered things in that we have preferred to make sure we had what we needed.
I can also comment that his contributions to our community are subtle sometimes but with great impact for those of us that ask.
Great store with a great vibe. We are committed customers.

Wonderful shopping experience! I went in for a few biscuits for my dogs and learned that they are welcome to come in and discount shop on their birthdays! Great store, with lots of selection, worth checking out!

I went into this store , today, looking for some good dog food at a reasonable price . Jennifer was working and helped me choose a good brand. I mentioned that I was already feeding my 3 dogs raw and that I just like to add a bit of kibble to it , so it didn’t have to be high end food ..
When I mentioned raw, she showed me what they had available… I liked what I saw and the price was even better than what I pay now .
I will be switching brands and supporting this great little store ! But it doesn’t end there .
Jennifer asked me how many dogs I had , how old were they and when was their birthdays…
Because one of my dogs was a senior, I received a seniors discount ( or Quinn did ) and because one of them had a birthday in October, I received a $20. discount! Since I received that discount, I purchased a second bag of food 🙂
What great customer service, and thanks again Jennifer, for your help and introducing me to that new brand of raw !! As soon as mine runs out , I’ll be calling you !
