What a great facility. For less than the price of lunch, there are so many activities. The gym is huge and has everything you need. The staff is fantastic, especially the ladies behind the desk.
Only small complaint is the floors in the men's changing room could be cleaned a couple more times a day.

INA at the front desk. Beautiful lavender hair. Colorful nails and the energy thats crazy infectious! She calls you by your name and has the time to ask how you are today! very personable and appreciated. After a long day coming here to the gym and seeing her would put a smile on anyones face! Give her an extra smile when you see her. She us deserving 😊

Great pool in red deer and very affordable for drop-in. I come here to use the gym, and hot tub, sauna, and pool afterward. I am very happy with the facility and we'll Maintained

I wanted to express my appreciation for Tiffany Borhuis at the community center. She was incredibly impressive, managing multiple tasks and helping several clients at once with ease. Even while handling all of that, she remained calm, professional, and kind. Whether she was assisting me on the side, signing people in, answering phones, or managing lines, she did it all effortlessly with a big smile. Some might say she talks a lot, but from my perspective as a customer, she's simply engaging with everyone while keeping everything running smoothly. Tiffany is a perfect fit for this role, and I hope the management recognizes her dedication and continues to support her. We need more people like Tiffany in this community.

The downstairs gym is a mess. 3 different sports going on everyone bumping into eachother. Feels like a middle school gym class. Workout area upstairs is great but every thing else about this place is disorganized and overcrowded.

Easy to find. Straight through the main doors, we found change rooms and arena access for the Thrive hockey camp. There's a pool, fitness center, and even booster juice to get a snack after your activity.

I have been going to the pool for 4 years and the last few months the water to the showers have been cold I’ve complained but no one gives a dam I just made a complaint this morning Jan 15 to the lady at the front desk and wow talk to me like I’m stupid , she said you got to keep pushing the button to get the water to flow thru , oh really I didn’t know that joking , I pushed it for a good 5-7 mins and still ice cold , need to fix the problem not just brush it off

Everything about the facility itself is great, the gym is large, it contains many basketball courts to play in, the floor is good and the basketballs are good quality. The swimming pool is also nice. The gym has all the main equipments you need and also has a track to run. The staff is also very nice and friendly. They are welcoming too. I would give this a 5 star but the only problem I have with one of the staff members. I believe her name is Tracy, the one with the short black hair. I’ve only been going to Dawe for about a week but my friends have told me their experience with her. Unfortunately, one of them said that they were kicked out by Tracy for having their shoe tag on their phone case instead of the shoe. The problem is, my friend can only wear those shoes that has no laces, so he had no where to put the tag and all the staff members were fine with it except her. Another one of my friend also said that he was kicked out for wearing improper footwear. He said that he only wore it that one time and still got kicked out. I’d understand if he wore those improper footwear multiple times and was given warnings, but it was the first time. I hope the facility will treat the customers better and train her properly to not kick my friends out, they paid to go there and they are wasting their time and money. But other than that, everything else is great and I had a good experience.
