This is the second time we have donated to Furniture Bank. Both times the entire team, from first contact to scheduling, pickup, and follow up, was professional and efficient. The crew of Tom, Bill, and Rob, who came to pick up the furniture, arrived exactly when they said they would and were courteous and respectful to our property. Truly a first rate experience!

Bill and Rob were great and no problems getting the stuff. Plus they know how to move furniture through tight spaces. Good guys I would recommend them. Plus they came on time and I had an appointment at 1130 am so I never had to shift anything.

Matt and Castel were on time and gave me both a text and phone call to give me their ETA which was accurate. They were polite and friendly. Matt was very reassuring about my parents furniture going to people who both needed it and would appreciate it. I have space in my basement!!
