Worst Freson Bros I've seen. Both me and coworker ordered pulled pork from 2 different servers. 1 was half the length and only half as full. Pork was dry. Spuds were only option as side. Once again spud serving was half the size on the 1 order.

Not worth the price. Will not be back. Peace river much better

The manager at Raven motel recommended Freson Bros for breakfast. Walked across street found cafe in rear of store. Ordered bacon eggs and hash browns. Came with toast and coffee. So glad I stopped. Fast tasty clean and friendly. Very responsible price. Will be back. Thursday and back again for the bacon and eggs with hash browns and toast. The service was even better and friendlier. The lady who cooked the food was so accommodating and everything was cooked fresh. Glad I came back.

I love small town grocery stores. The only option for buying a lunch that's reasonably healthy. Amazing staff! Super friendly as well.

Prices are literally DOUBLE What they are in Edmonton that is only three hours away. They do have a really good candy and lolly aisle. And the cashiers are all very friendly.

prices that will always let you down, I mean 6 items for 48$ and at nearly 8$ per spice container Its actually a joke, I understand that its more of an economic issue but how can you justify 7.89$ for a tiny thing if basil

Since it one of the two grocery stores that are in this town. No matter what prices are I'll always shop here cause it's my home town and this is where I grew up.

Would not recommend taking your wild meat to be processed here. We took a moose there last year and got mixed meat back. We got a nice young moose, clean harvest, very clean about the way we handled it up until we dropped off the quarters. When we received the meat back, we had bloodshot steak/roasts, grass in the meat, and portions of it were very tough and smelled like the meat from a rutting bull moose. Our bull moose was young and not yet at an age that it would be rutting. If you want to be sure you are getting your own meat back, take it somewhere else.
