The clinic has a very calm and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. Whenever I needed a consultation, they were patient and supportive, and that sense of being cared for meant a lot to me. Many thanks to the amazing team—especially my doctor and counselor—for always being there with compassion.🙏

Front desk staff very friendly. Other office staff gossips and breaks privacy laws often. Some good experiences with the drs the seem to mean well but noticed province wide they are all kind of guessing on how to help us. No long term studies recorded yet for all these constantly changing treatment plans but at least their trying!!! They will help anyone that needs it and drs are not judgemental or pushy about medications. I like it there 😊

One of if not the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a “doctor” Dr Fadeyi was rude, belittling, raised his voice at me and did not listen to anything I had to say. I explained that I didn’t want to try anymore antidepressants and think maybe I have ADHD and not depression. I get to the pharmacy and what’s waiting for me? More anti depressants… absolute joke. Look up Dr Fadeyi Reddit.

I was booked to see Olutade Olajitan. What an amazing doctor. Knowledgeable, calm, great listener. Gave me practical tools to use to manage my anxiety. Thank you! The staff at the clinic are also amazing, very organized.

Wanted to leave a positive review because there isn’t many on here and I almost didn’t attend my appointment because of the negative reviews ..

I would have given 5 stars but I find the receptionist is a bit rude so I only gave 4 . Could be a language barrier , who knows ..

However my doctor - Dr. Famakinwa was truly amazing . I had a lot of anxiety going into this due to poor past experiences with another psychiatrist but Dr. Famakinwa truly made me feel very acknowledged and heard . When I talked about my problems he would say them back to me and make sure he understood what I meant and was very compassionate . He then gave me a lengthy list of specific treatment options and things I can also try at home to help me . Overall he was very nice and made my experience much more relaxed .

This was single handedly the worst experience I’ve had with a mental health professional. Zero empathy, constantly talks over you or questions the answers you give him. No willingness to allow client to explain or express themselves in a clinical setting. He was dismissive, patronizing and rude. I felt so unsafe during my diagnosis. On top of the terrible experience with the psychiatrist himself, organizing the initial appointment and the follow up appointment was just a nightmare-last minute calls for next day availability, random text messages with times that I did not consent to.

by far the worst psychiatrist i have ever seen. i asked for the report from my doctors office because dr. fadeyi didn’t tell me any of my diagnoses (which is funny because in the report he said he “thoroughly explained them”) and this man told more lies than truths. he said things i didn’t say, he said i “made good eye contact and was well groomed” when this was over the phone, he said he recommended psychotherapy, that i only did school up to grade 12 (im literally in university), etc. he also did stuff like not mention that HE PRESCRIBED ME A NEW MEDICATION. in the appointment he talked over me, interrupted me, made assumptions (eg im on risperidone/fluoxetine for OCD and he told me i was on risperidone for psychosis without even asking), etc. he told me he’d see my in two weeks but then no one called to make an appointment - and he didn’t tell ME to call to make one either. the phone accidentally hung up and he did not call me back. etc. just a terrible experience. do not see this man

I’ve never felt so belittled and unheard in my LIFE. Find another place or go privately don’t waste your time here. Outright ignores previous patient diagnosis, previous and current therapy/counselling, refusal to administer treatment plans for the diagnosis. Telling patients that how they feel is wrong and unrelated to their concerns that brought them in to seek help. I wasn’t listened to and was told by the doctor that he didn’t think I had ADHD but anxiety and depression, ignored my ADHD diagnosis and refused to look at it when brought up. Gave me a depression and anxiety workbook which I have completed 3 years prior. The least amount of help and support I think I have ever received. Save your time and mental health and go elsewhere
