Lived here for four years and count myself lucky and thankful to be accepted to one of the largest single location co-ops in Vancouver. Family- and single-oriented. Three buildings provide a variety of dwelling sizes, with lots of amenities like weight rooms, meetings rooms, etc. Office staff is the best as is our maintenance crew. The wait list is long, and the membership committee is thorough in their review of new applicants. Security is good, too, as is the way everyone pitches in. Chores are minimal and assigned to each apartment. Also a financially stable co-op thanks to years of well-managed money.

11 years with Co-op still going. Love the historic Co-op buildings. Love our suite, high ceilings, giant windows, (10) in the rooms. Great view, and neighbours. Love them all!
