The staff at the foundry genuinely seem to care about your wellbeing and take steps to ensure that you are given the best care possible. I have a very good experience every time I go there. Bonus is that sometimes when I go there is a cute little friendly dog.

I love the foundry , they’ve been able to help me so much . They don’t judge and are so nice. I think there has been a lot of improvement in the past few years at the foundry. A few years ago I wasn’t able to receive as much help, or maybe it wasn’t available yet. However, this year I wouldn’t be able to make it without them. I’ve been working with a social worker and a counsellor at the foundry. I’m grateful that they exist and I really hope they can keep operating the way they do. I wish they helped people until 25 or 30.

Edit: not sure what is going on with the foundry but it’s like we just went 10 years in the past. I lost my counsellor and social worker in a week because they moved on to school or other jobs. I haven’t had 1 on 1 help from the clinic to continue to complete things, even though that’s what I was promised. I’m really confused at what is going on but this is not a place I’d be recommending anymore… I’ve been ignored by multiple workers and completely left behind in the midst of losing a job and navigating bureaucratic systems with a sustained brain injury.

I was only a patient of The Foundry for just over a year but they changed my life and they changed my life I've been fighting for a diagnosis for 10 ears and in a couple months Foundry has changed everything.
There are no words for how grateful I am

For a clinic that's aimed toward helping youth, it's kind of unfortunate that they're closed after school hours and on weekends. The staff, at least the people I've met have always been nice but this place is definitely NOT equipped for like, anything. There have been several occasions where I have just not received notice back about appointments even when I'm told I will. Even the counsellor I was seeing agreed that there are a lot of problems with communication. Y'all need better receptionists.

Was ignored by the person at the frontdesk completely despite them acknowledging everyone else in line. Then when I actually saw someone they told me to go somewhere else for a service they provide, not offering an appointment of any sort. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, if I wanted to go to another clinic I would have done so already.

If they are going to ignore patients then this clinic doesn't deserve your health care dollars, dont go here.

Although this clinic has good intentions, it fails to provide fair opportunity to all of its patients. The clinic has its posted hours of operation on the website as well as their front door, yet they open their doors 15 - 20 minutes before this time. Because it is a drop-in clinic, this allows people to sign in before the clinic is even open. There have been multiple times when I have arrived at the clinic BEFORE it opened and the wait time was already 3+ hours. I've also arrived exactly at opening time and the clinic was full already from people signing in before opening. This is unacceptable because it causes problems for people with accessibility issues and people who have limited means of transportation who cannot rely on always getting to the clinic half an hour before they have to. This clinic needs to either update their hours of operation to make it fair to new or unfamiliar patients, or they need to honor their existing and advertised hours of operation.

Really good doctors and nurses but the wait times are insane. You can come in exactly as they open (11am) and have to wait 30-60 minutes. You can make an appointment and wait two hours after you were scheduled. And if you ask reception they will give you a completely inaccurate time frame: I was told five minutes and it turned out to be at LEAST 40. Again, GREAT doctors but they need to be prepared for patients before their advertised open time and have the availability to see doctors at least until an hour before closing. It’s currently 1pm and someone was just told there are no doctors available but they’re open until 5pm.
