I took the Standard First Aid course here. It was fun and Matt was amazing! He has a great sense of humour and made the class exciting and smooth. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants their First Aid/CPR certification. Thanks Matt!

Today, Abdul came to our yoga studio and instructed nine of us through an Emergency First Aid and CPR/AED course. It was by far the most enjoyable first aid course I have ever taken. The session was extremely well organized, informative, and engaging. Abdul’s kindness, clear instruction, and wonderful sense of humor made the day not only enjoyable but also incredibly educational. We learned so much valuable information about CPR, first aid, and emergency response. I would 100% recommend Abdul and would absolutely have him back to recertify our instructors in the future.

I did Emergency Childcare First Aid and our instructor Matt was very informative and witty! He gave lots of real life examples from his experience as firefighter which made the course much more intriguing. Thank you!

I highly recommend Foundations. I recently took the Standard First Aid course here and have previously taken the Emergency First Aid class. Super great instructors and the facility is well-equipped for on-hands learning and different teaching styles.

I did the BikerDown course today and Kim and Myles were fantastic. I have done around 10+ first aid courses in my life, and this one by far was the most informative, felt most like real life situations were explained, and I wasn’t wanting to crawl under my chair for a nap. Engaging, funny, knowledgeable and seriously awesome people. Thanks so much guys!

I took an EFA-CPR/C course with Christopher. He was great. A big professional with the excellent teaching skills and big experience in the industry (even helped me with the personal questions how to get my first job in the Day Care!) !!!
