The building smells like urine and feces. There are countless dirty dogs roaming in the hallways. There are tiny ants in the condos, the air is stuffy. The tenants have no privacy or choice. There are little kids misbehaving and punching the doors in. The tenants have had enough. The inside doors don't open for guests. There is homeless people sleeping outside the doors. Don't ever live here or moving in here. Horrible place you will loose your sanity.

This place is disgusting! It's full of cockroaches, the hallways smell like trash, and the landlord does a very poor job in maintaining the building, the inside is spacious but very outdated.

Management is a complete joke, no matter how nicely you ask, issues never get resolved, they feel almost non-existent at times due to the lack of maintenance.

The building is also cold during the winter and there is no proper ventilation system. The windows frequently develop mold because of this. I strongly recommend anybody reading this to move out and avoid this residence, it's not a nice place to live.

This is a horrible place to live. You will regret moving here. If you move here, you will have to deal loud and disgusting neighbors. Outside the building is always messy and the building smells like trash a lot of the time. Management is also rude and unhelpful, they never respond or take reports seriously. This place has a lot of bugs and roaches too. The place looks like an overall dump and I don't recommend anybody to move here.

I live in the same ugly forestwood 1180 place and it's horrible, Management is disgusting, They treat everyone with this respect.

Forestwood Co-op is a horrible place to live, had my mother and I known that first hand we would of never moved here. If you manage to score a unit on either 1180 and or 1190, you'll have to deal with dirty water coming up in your sink. If anything happens to your vehicle in the lot that you PAY for on a monthly basis (with your rent), nothing will be done about it. Management cares nothing for tenants needs and or concerns. It is unfortunate that I need to select at least one star in order for my post to be posted, because they don't even deserve that.
