I got several quotes from different foundation companies. I picked Flood Busters because they're the only ones who came up with a plan that would not disturb my new walkway, and promised to do their best to save the plants that needed digging up. Price was similar to other companies, somewhat in the middle range for price. When I asked about something a previous company told me, he kindly corrected me saying that isn't the right way, and when I googled that, he was right. So I felt he was very knowledgeable, and had a good plan for my situation.

I was not disappointed in the work (outdoor waterproofing), everything was as promised, and also all my plants ended up surviving, even the roses, and my walkway survived their heavy equipment due to being protected, and especially, the original problem was fixed. Thank you!

Sidney and his team are amazingly professional, hard working, and true experts in foundation repair. I contacted Flood Busters to excavate around my house and wrap it from the outside, and WOW did they ever deliver.

The project took about a week and a half (faster than I expected) and at each stage of the process I gained a lot of confidence in my basement. Their excavation work was PERFECT and nothing got damaged, they left access to one door so I could get in/out as needed, and they worked with a HVAC specialist to remove and eventually re-attach my heat pump.

I love the materials they used, I really liked the team, and they left the site clean after every day of work. They also put in some long days to get the job done in the timeframe they told me (they were right on budget too)!

I'm sitting here today watching a ton of rain come down and my basement is perfectly dry. I'm able to enjoy my day and not worry about basement flooding, which is why these guys were worth it 100%. Would work with them again... but I'll never need to because they did a great job!

Had Floodbusters do some Foundation Repair for us last month. Sidney was just awesome to deal with through the whole process. We had been dealing with mould and our basement was partially flooded as well. The noys did an excellent job, with a fair price for us. Our basement is now dry and comfortable. Thanks guys!

These guys know basements like no others. Sidney, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, not just in basements but in building/ carpentry as well. I hired them to do my crawlspace and foundation cracks, the transformation is just mind boggling! The worst crack sprung a leak after they repaired it, we had an extreme rain event, i let Sidney know right away, and he came down to fix it right away, within a couple days i believe, and that's a long ways for him to travel! Not many businesses would be so fast to help you like that, and i seriously doubt other places know as much about basements as these guys! I highly recommend them to anyone with basement or crawlspace issues!

Great experience working with Sidney and his team to fix a leak we had in our basement. Out of the numerous quotes I had they were the only ones to propose an actual solution and fix it within a short timeframe, even though the problem was bigger then anticipated.
