Today was a difficult day. I went to the food bank, a service provided by the government—one that my family and I have even donated to in better times. But what I experienced today was humiliating and deeply unfair.

When I arrived, a Muslim woman denied me service, claiming I had been there twice that week, which is completely false. Before I could defend myself, she called over another woman—a Black woman with a condescending attitude—who accused me of coming multiple times. They had no proof, just their words filled with disdain.

Not only did they refuse to give me the food I genuinely needed, but they also insisted that my husband had come to collect food—something that is simply impossible. He has been bedridden for a long time. How could they make such accusations without evidence? How could they decide who deserves help and who doesn’t?

They wasting the time of people and keeping the good items for their self in kitchen any go in their kitchen you guys will see oil and lots of good items its hide for their self and giving nothing for people and asking 11:00 and and starting almost 12:00

These people are the nicest people I've ever met. I have been a client for 8 years I have never witnessed any of the staff mistreat anyone. They have heart of gold. They're friendly and considerate. Thank you for everything

I have been about 10 months. First time they welcomed us. I liked them in the beginning as they started to treat me nice & offering accomedating me as I am a legal deafblind person. But ending up rude and discriminating. Because every day they asking what kind of food if I am halal (moslims) or not halal. In the biginig I said doesn't matter they said I have to chose every time they shows thst they put in halal box more than others box (things like chese fruits vagitables, bread & tuna) I started to ask for things i see they have but not given and then they not serving me any kind of meat even for halal when i ask. Also the management started to discriminate to me as everyone there treating us unfairly & rude way. I asked to meet the manager then I heard she don't want to talk to me by her staff, i asked to complaining they showed doesn't care. I and my mom who is 76 years old leaving feeling very bad & discriminated.

This food bank all staffs are thieves. Please make sure to not give expire food to people. Some of your food is expired. My son is sick as soon as possible. I complained to the polic.
